A day in the life of the accounts department.

I currently deal with the day to day running of our small yet, busy accounts department and I am amazed at how much things have changed so much within the space of one year.

This time last year, we like most other Marketing companies, were feeling the effects from the global recession. With the financial climate as it was, we were reluctant to offer credit terms to our many new customers.

Now exactly one year on, we are thriving with the upturn in Sales and can offer more flexible trading terms to meet our client’s needs in this current climate. Our client base is still continually expanding especially with our new online survey, from a finance point of view that’s exactly how we like it. Due to the ever increasing worry regarding the financial climate our clients are more consistent with their payments making my job within credit control somewhat more relaxed. As opposed to last year, when many new and long term trading companies, were reluctant to part with their money.

Moving forward as a thriving Marketing Company, The Data Partnership would endeavour to meet any new client needs regarding financial matters, based on developing a business relationship with them.
