Pregnant, Partying & the Potential of Winning

I am very excited by the fact that we have been nominated for Data Provider of the Year awards at the Data Strategy Awards ceremony this year.

I will be unfortunately 8 months pregnant by the time this event arrives. I say unfortunately, only due to the fact that I will be limited to drinking Mocktails whilst watching everyone shake it on the dance floor. In most ordinary circumstances, I would be the first to be pounding my feet to beat but I fear that too much jigging around and with all the excitement of a potential win may bring on the early onset of labour. It may be worth it in entertainment value, just for the look at people’s faces as they panic about having to take some responsibility for my well being or worse, help deliver. Well, at least if we win all that excitement could be cause for a very memorable double celebration!
